Fluffy lemon sponge filled with lemon curd and vanilla chantilly cream. Covered in torched italian meringue and finished with candied lemon zest and more lemon curd.

*Contains beef gelatine. It can be made without, but will need to be covered in a thin layer of buttercream to hold the soft fillings in.
